Through this merger, Prime Strategies significantly expands its national footprint.
Pedro Carrillo is the Managing Partner of Prime’s California operations and is a seasoned government affairs professional with an extensive history in local and state government. Rounding out his team are Frank Aguirre Jr., Erika Ramirez, Kimberly Caceres, and Enrique Vega.
