Erika is a planning and land use professional with over 16 years of experience. Erika has expanded her expertise to include management from the level of program management to that of Director or CEO and within the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Erika’s functions have included working with elected officials or top executives to assess organizations and/or departments, reduce or maximize budgets, establish employee accountability and implement policy and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and ensure compliance. Erika is also well versed in public policy, public administration and coalition building. Erika received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside and her Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from New York University.
